This Bilingual Associate, Funding Support is responsible for providing administrative support to the Funding department while building and retaining relationships with our automobile dealerships across Canada.

Successful candidate will be reviewing and booking contract (retail and lease) for dealerships, answering incoming dealer calls, outgoing calls to dealerships on follow-up on deals, reviewing emails and sending out follow-up emails when necessary, refaxing the funding queue and reviewing memos from dealerships. This is a part-time position. Candidates must be available for minimum 20 hours of shift work between 9AM – 8PM during the week/and potentially Saturdays.

Key duties & responsibilities include:

  • Answer dealer calls and calling dealerships for follow-up
  • Review dealer emails and following up with dealerships and vendors when needed
  • Review and verify all document information, and ensure conformance to HCCA credit approvals, policies, procedures, and established guideline
  • Send follow-up faxes on held offerings
  • Respond to dealer memos
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • High school diploma / college preferred
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Call center experience is an asset
  • Intermediate to advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
