Job description: Adecco is acurrently hiring for a Bingual Accountant with contract coordinator for one of our clients in Mississauga. The qualified candidate will be responsible for formalizing balance sheet reconciliation process, to improve Sales & P&L reporting processes and tools, to strengthen the S&OP processes, and to improve P&L management and help in amending and preparing Contracts in English and French.
Pay: 25/hr

Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation of rLBE for both Sales and P&L
- Prepare monthly performance reports for both Sales and P&L
- Perform monthly reconciliation on both Balance Sheet (marketing Accrual and Bonus Accrual) and P&L
- Prepare and monitor non-confidential SG&A spend budgets (T&E, Marketing spend, Rent, and other misc)
- Post Journal Entries
- Contract preperation
- Perform Ad Hoc analysis per request (gross margin analysis, COGS analysis, etc)
- Support management to the assigned new projects related to Finance
- Support and train new users to Structural Heart IT systems (Dodeca, Business Objects, Sales Force, SAP MD, Power BI and etc)
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 1-5 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting roles, fresh gradutes are welcome
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Over Average attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP MD and Dodeca is a plus,.
- Accounting designation or interest to obtain is a plus.
