Job description: On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a leading provider of mobile and modular space solutions for multiple industry sectors, including the construction, education, commercial, healthcare and government markets. With over 50 years of innovative history, organic growth and strategic acquisitions, their customer base has grown to more than 35,000 and involves 450 diverse industries.

Our client is now looking to hire a Branch Operations Leader in the Fraser Valley covering British Columbia!

The Role: Branch Operations Manager

  • Provides direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees to include, as applicable: Production Supervisors, Shop/ Yard Labor, Field Service, Dispatchers/ Transportation Coordinators, Drivers, Branch Coordinator
  • This role will manage tasks, daily assignments and other daily duties for temporary workers and contractors as appropriate.
  • Utilize all internal systems to provide safe, timely, cost effective, high quality and efficient delivery of revenue activities.
  • Utilize forward looking planning tools and budgets; actively manages costs. This includes all activities necessary to manage/operate a branch.
  • Utilize the Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to communicate timely and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure On Time Deliveries, Returns, Relocations and Service
  • Drives high levels of product quality (First Time Quality)

Who You Are:

  • 5 years of experience managing one or more direct reports in a service shop/manufacturing/building construction environment.
  • Experience managing a unit or departmental budget
  • Preferably this person has managed a large fleet of product that is consistently rented or leased directly to the end user
  • Experience in areas including fleet management, logistics, inventory, dispatching building codes/permitting
