Requirements

As a Business Development Manager at Andy Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships, forging new relationships, and maximizing growth opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company objectives;
  • Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients;
  • Negotiate and finalize quotes, RFP, and terms of partnership;
  • Collaborate closely with the operational team;
  • Some of your skills will require cold calling, client engagement, nurturing, some occasional travels and building relationships;
  • This is an energetic on-site position where you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team. Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong people skills, extrovert and communicative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, think outside the box, and make quick decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and achieve results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
