Position Summary
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Manages the marketing, sales and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.

Duties & responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on Menasha’s value proposition, products and capabilities to effectively deliver competitive sales advantage and market differentiation
• Build proprietary Retailer/Category network across all disciplines that support multi-channel execution leveraging MPC offerings
• Serves as subject matter expert using fact-based insights and actionable category/retail business analytics, working in collaboration with the sales, retail, category and marketing organization
• Develop compelling and actionable data driven insights that help MPC/Customers/Prospects win our critical categories across multiple channels of distribution
• Conduct and evaluate category and retail-related research and adjusts strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions; monitor competitive positioning and activities
• Lead the category and retail advisory interaction with account and customer team to address key business questions and build strategies and tactics designed for future category growth

• Knowledge of and ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling organization’s products and services
