Your role

As a Business Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from high level, long-term strategic planning to tactical troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities are:

• collaborate with multiple business divisions, group functions, and UBS legal entities to support implementation of the UBS Bank (Canada) UHNW strategy
• drive high profile business change activities from conception to implementation
• manage strategic planning activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes formulating and analyzing concepts and preparing and presenting proposals to the leadership team.
• assist with various activities including internal business communications and community events

Your team

You will be working and collaborating closely with the UBS Bank (Canada) Country Head and other teams as required.

Your expertise

You have:

• strong communication skills both orally and in writing
• demonstrated strong collaboration skills
• proven project management skills
• a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deal with complex situations
• experience in data management for the purpose of regulatory reporting, compiling business metrics, etc.
• a university degree (bachelor / master) in Business Administration, Finance or similar preferred
• experience in risk management topics is an asset
• experience in financial analysis and preparation is an asset
• experience in business management or strategy consulting is an asset

You are:

• proactive with strong attention to detail
• able to deal with multiple tasks providing excellent follow-up
• an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
• well organized and know how to prioritize
• result-orientated with a strong focus on getting things done
• capable of working under pressure and coping with difficult and changing scenarios
• a fast learner and can adapt to unfamiliar situations
• able to work autonomously with limited direction at times
