In your role, you will:

– Work in partnership with Industrial Engineering, Operations and Human Resources to control and anticipate headcounts requirements and their impact on unit cost.

– Support business partners in establishing financial projections and business case.
– Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning exercises.
– Analyze the Overhead and Production hours (actual and forecast).
– Support implementation of a new reporting tool for the Financial Governance (PBI) and promote SAE system.
– Develop and implement centralized governance for plant engineering (multi-site).
– Ensure a strict adherence to accounting policies, internal controls and procedures.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

– You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
– You hold an accounting title (CPA) or an equivalent experience
– You have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
– You are known for your innovation, impact and influential skills
– You show team leadership, efficient communication and coaching
– You adapt well to an environment in constant change
– You are bilingual
– A good knowledge of cost accounting and the financial cycle of Bombardier Aerospace is an asset
– You have a very good team spirit
– You are very familiar with MS Office software and knowledge of SAP is an asset
