Job title: Business Support Manager

Job description: Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Business Support Manager will play a key role within the Corporate finance organization and you will focus your time, energy and attention on providing financial analysis and business insights to Corporate senior leadership team.

What will be your new role:

• Work in conjunction with the leaders within the corporate organization to identify, measure and deliver upon key performance objectives
• Provide in-depth financial and business trends analysis and insights
• Create and deliver customized management reports and presentations
• Prepare and review a variety of financial models
• Various ad-hoc assignments in support of finance led initiatives

• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Dynamic personality with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Ability to develop and continually improve operating forecasts
• A solution focused mindset that is unafraid to challenge the status quo
• Experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced computer skills with a desire to improve processes through adoption of technology
• Solid accounting background with an understanding of IFRS
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and comfortable engaging with various stakeholders

Education and Experience:

• Completion of a post-secondary degree in Business Administration with preference given to those candidates with a professional accounting designation or a Master of Business Administration
• 5+ years of progressive and diversified experience in a financial environment.
