DUTIES:

  • Production of digital and physical Campus ID cards and badges for the students of Durham College
  • Assisting students with access to their digital Campus ID as well as their Universal Transit Pass (U-PASS).
  • Review required documents and query our database to confirm the registration of students prior to the production of ID and U-PASS required.
  • Review each student’s image as required in a specified format and provide applicable feedback for approval or denial of image.
  • Database and system input will be required into the Banner and TouchNet systems.
  • Provide accurate instructions related to Campus Identification and its services.
  • Some light technical duties such as setting signage, computers and direct-to-card printers.
  • Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills including conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with systems, databases, and Office 365 products.
  • Previous experience with Banner and TouchNet are beneficial.
  • Ability to learn new software and computer peripherals; for example: card printers, mag stripe readers, bar code readers.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and enjoy working in a team environment.

Hours: 35 hours per week, scheduled between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm
