4. Strong SQL Development Skills – Back end development using SQL Server
5. Hosting on Redhat Linux 5yrs*
6. Agile delivery planning and delivery methodologies 3yrs*
7. Hands-on and demonstrated Agile Scrum Development Experience 3yrs*

Nice to have
.Net
Restful Java APIs experience 3yrs*
Guidewire Development Certification
Previous Bank
It is preferred that the Tech lead(s) and/or Sr. Developers have prior demonstrated experience in migrations of similar nature.
