ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the President/CEO you will be responsible for implementing the CEO’s vision and helping them reach their growth targets, including collaborating with the management team on process improvement, business growth and back-up/succession planning.

Our client is looking for a strong people manager who champions operational efficiencies, superior customer service and professional accountability.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience performing in a similar role.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management or Operational Leadership
• Experience in sales, account management or operations is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience implementing initiatives, reaching tactical goals and analyzing data to help reach operational efficiency. As well as succession planning and change management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in the office and travelling to sites if needed.

COMPENSATION

• $120,000 – 160,000 per annum
• Discretionary bonus with possibility of profit sharing.
• Full benefits
• 4 weeks vacation
• Paid sick days.
