TheSenior Administrative Assistantreports to an Executive Director in a Branch with multiple lines of responsibility in real estate operations that is staffed with a significant number of professional and technical staff. The position may additionally provide administrative support to a second line of business with multiple real estate program responsibilities.
The purpose of this position is to provide support to program management and staff and coordinate office administration functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities and asset management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Education & Experience:
- Secondary school completion or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of three (3) years’ *progressively more responsible administrative and/or clerical experience; OR ,
- Successful completion of an administrative certificate program and two (2) years’ *progressively more responsible administrative and/or clerical experience.
*Progressively more responsible administrative and/or clerical experience must include ALL the following:
- Experience providing a broad range of administrative support services in a fast-paced environment with varying demands and expectations.
- Experience providing support to senior management while working with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
- Experience with systems including financial coding and credit card processing.
- Experience managing diverse workloads effectively and independently.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using MS Office Suite including experience with MS Outlook to schedule meetings and manage an executive calendar.
Preferred Requirements:
Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:
- Administrative and/or clerical experience in a Real Estate environment/context.
- Records management experience, preferably with ARCS/ORCS.
- Experience with eApprovals, CLIFF and Government Systems.
