Who We Are:
Small Business Banking (SBB) focuses on meeting the unique needs of business banking customers with annual sales of up to $15 million. SBB provides a suite of financial advice and banking solutions through our primary physical distribution network, our secure online and mobile banking platforms, the Customer Contact Centre, our Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) and our public website (www.scotiabank.com).

YOU WILL…
- Deliver on integrated marketing plans and tactics to drive sales and engagement. Primary marketing areas include (but not limited to): mass advertising, targeted advertising, social, sales promotions, and in-branch
- Oversee the collection of reporting from marketing channels to provide initiatives results, measuring established KPIs, targets and business line goals.
- Lead the delivery and management of marketing materials for sales support including branded merchandise, print and digital collateral
- Own the content of the small business section of the customer facing Scotiabank.com and authenticated channel (SOL) to ensure content is up to date and relevant for customers, working with product leads and key internal stakeholders
- Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders including Product/ Business Line teams, Specialty Segments ( Professionals and Agriculture), Digital Marketing /Digital Factory, Canadian Marketing and Legal and Compliance to deliver integrated end-to-end marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives including support on operations including project timelines and budgets
YOU ARE…
- Excellent communication/interpersonal/networking skills;
- Good analytical and skills in marketing, loyalty marketing, brand marketing, advertising, communications and/or account management.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
YOU HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN …
- Microsoft Office including proficiency in Power Point presentations
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel (experience with Microsoft Access and Business Objects an asset)
