This position analyzes data from multiple sources including datalakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc. Uses geospatial analysis, predictive modeling, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to explain or predict behavior, solve a variety of business problems, and build business cases.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business case development, big data analytics modeling using tools (Ex: including but not limited to: Databricks, ESRI, Power BI, AWS, Azure, Snowflake. H2O Driverless AI, etc.), and business process integration.
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points and ultimately make predictions.
Quantifies significance of data variances, applies an array of geospatial methods ranging from traditional to newly-developing within the Big Data space. * Uses traditional modeling techniques to build models that support decision making.
- Develops self-service mapping applications, reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings.
- Advises business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
Education: Preferred Masters degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, GIS, Statistics, or Engineering.
Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years experience.
Supervisory: No.
Our Senior – Advanced Analytics Managers earn between $105,000 – $175,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
