Job description: Foreman Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years in-field construction experience
- Certified Red Seal Carpenter
- Building Science for New Homes an asset
- Net Zero Builder Training an asset
- Proven knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HH guidelines
- Proven management skills
- Proven ability to organize and lead a team of carpenters, apprentices, labourers & trades
- Work full shifts from 730-400, 5 days a week (be ready when your crew arrives)
- Ability to read drawings, plans, blueprints
- Ability to report and communicate and report effectively
- Work full shifts from 730-400, 5 days a week (ready 10 minutes before shift)
