Job description: Lead Carpenter / Carpenter Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in-field construction experience
• Certified Red Seal Carpenter an asset
• Own tool set
• Ability to assist in leading a Team when needed
• Ability to travel around the lower mainland
• Work full shifts from 730-400, 5 days a week (ready 10 minutes before shift)
• Ability to work in different weather and terrains
• Open to learn from peers, trades, foreman
• Open to problem solving as a Team
• Ability to take directions
• Open to yearly training/upgrades funded by HH
• Open to train and mentor apprentices, labourers
