Job description: Our client is an established high rise developer in the GTA and is looking for an experienced PM to oversee and manage the Construction Management activities for a multi-phase residential hi-rise development in Hamilton.

• Pre-Construction project activities, estimate and budget preparation
• Coordinate and manage pre-tender and tender activities
• Reviews all tenders scope of works
• Reviews sub-contractors bids for accuracy and awards contracts
• Reviews, approves monthly construction costs invoices
• Attends site construction meetings
• Attends site consultants’ meetings
• Reviews and resolve site construction and contracts issues
• Reviews and approves SI, CCO, CO issuance
• Reviews and tracks monthly construction cost report and advises on required adjustments
• Assist in resolving invoicing disputes
• Manages construction management office support staff
• Reviews and tracks monthly construction project schedule and advises on required adjustments
• Tracks TARION required Occupancy delays dates and notices
• Coordinates with Sales/Marketing and Development departments
• Coordinates and assist in the quality control process, Pre-delivery inspections and Warranty work
• Coordinates activities with Condominium Property Manager before and post occupancy period

• Candidate to have a minimum of 7 years of relevant GTA hi-rise condominium construction experience.
• Candidate to possess a university or similar technical educational background with excellent communication skills.
• Candidate to be proficient in MS Office, Procore and other software

• Competitive base salary

Expected salary: $150000 – 175000 per year
