Job description: We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager for our Client in Vancouver.

About You

You are an experienced construction project manager who managed at least 2 concrete commercial projects with over $20M in construction project value in the Metro Vancouver area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction, including budgeting and tendering;

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables;

• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders;

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors; and

• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Requirements

• Experience in minimum of 2 concrete commercial projects in the Metro Vancouver area, from start to finish, at Lead Project Manager capacity;

• Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets;

• Demonstrable ability to lead commercial construction projects in various phases concurrently;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
