Construction Sales Consultant – $200K – $400K+ – Uncapped commission – Great Base!
Our client is looking to add to their sales team in Etobicoke selling Cladding. They make state of the art Cladding solutions, with a specialization in Solar Cladding that is unique in its customization and competitive pricing!
We are looking for someone who is intrapreneurial, a problem solver, technically adept, and well structured in their approach to selling. We follow a very structured question/solution based sales approach which has been very successful for us. All of these traits combined with a background in construction, cladding,, architecture, solar power, or other related field is our ideal candidate. If this sounds like you, apply right away!
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $85,000K – $120,000
- Commission: Up to 3% based on base pay – Uncapped
- Typical annual income: $200K – $400K / Year
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Life
- Car: TESLA for company use during business hours
Experience:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the construction, solar, battery, or energy industry
- Experience with multi-residential and commercial sales
- A good understanding of the construction process, and the building envelope
Position Responsibilities:
- Sell cladding system solutions based on solar cladding composite panels and railing glass products for new and retrofit construction markets.
- Learn and apply product/application knowledge to develop solutions for customers
- Call on architects, developers, building owners, engineers, consultants, specifiers, and Director/VP level executives at large corporations.
- Create industry wide relationships and cultivate existing ones further
