Job description: This is an excellent opportunity to join an established ICI general contractor, dedicated to ground up new build institutional projects across the GTA and South Western ON.

The Site Superintendent will oversee a full cycle ground up new build project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the site operations for a ground up new build institutional project
• Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times and adhere to Covid protocol
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate all sub-trade activities
• Deliver the project on schedule and on budget
• Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
• All other duties as required

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• 10-15 years of full cycle institutional new build project experience
• Experience and track record delivering $10-30M building projects
• Strong network of local market sub-trades and industry professional
• Strong safety record and track record of delivering projects on budget and schedule
• Excellent leadership, technical construction, and software application skills
• Relevant educational background in a construction related discipline
