Overview of the opportunity:
We are seeking a Consultant for our Finance Transformation Advisory practice who will be responsible for working with other team members to deliver engagements for clients to KPMG’s high standards. The successful candidate will also ensure client satisfaction on assignments and work cooperatively with other Advisory practitioners in Canada and the US.
What you will do
Delivery of concurrent multiple finance improvement and finance transformation engagements including:
- Finance Diagnostic and strategy.
- Finance Integration.
- Finance leading practices assessment.
- Finance Process Optimization.
- ERP Advisory – Finance.
- Business Intelligence services.
- Performance Measurement.
- Financial modeling.
- Project Management and Quality Assurance services.
What you bring to the role
- You hold university degree in Commerce or Administration or other relevant discipline is required.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA), MBA would be an asset.
- 2+ years consulting or professional services firm background. Industry experience in finance roles would be an asset.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and reports applications would be an asset.
- Excellent oral communication ability including presentation and facilitation.
- Excellent report writing abilities.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Ability to multi task and deliver several projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.

- Ability to identify critical drivers to client service delivery.
