Social Worker, Counselling Therapist – Critical Incident Response

Summary:
You will be providing group Critical Incident Response to TELUS Health’s organizational clients, as an independent contractor.
What you will do:
- Provide Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients;
- Work/travel to an on-site location;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health’s Trauma department.
Who we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, or social work;
- Registration with NBASW or CCTNB and valid professional liability insurance;
- CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset;
- Experience delivering group critical incident debriefing and/or running counselling groups;
- Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment;
- Flexibility to respond to client needs.
