Job description: We have one full time position or two part time positions available on our culinary team.
Our kitchen staff is a group of healthy and fun chefs and line cooks. We wish to fill our position with someone who fits our organizational culture.
Responsibilities include prep cooking, line cooking, product design for specials, and customer service.
Our service team tips 7% of food sales to the kitchen, which is divided based on hours worked. Kitchen members generally make an extra $4-$7 per hour depending on the season and business levels making this a $20/hour job or better.
We offer a ski pass for the following winter after working an average of 4 shifts per week during the summer.
Hospitality is a year round service and applicants must be available during the key business months of July and August.
Culinary training or line cook experience is preferred.
