We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative. The work location for this position is Bolton, Toronto, and is considered a Fully On-site role.

**These positions are great for retired professionals, stay-at-home parents looking for a break or extra money, shift workers, and students**

This is ongoing, part-time work and applicants should be available to join the crew for each of the scheduled sales per calendar year at our sale site in March, May, July, September, and December.. The time commitment could involve working 3 weeks in addition to auction days. Our auctions are all-day events, so hours are typically much longer than 8 hours per day.

The Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities.

In this role you’ll:

• Process bidder payments.
• Role may necessitate indoors and outdoors
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here’s what you bring:

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• A friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
• You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed most.
• You don’t mind working hard, and you like to have fun at work.
