Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Typist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Typist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating financial data into our systems. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia.

Skills:

– Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Responsibilities:

– Enter and update financial data into our systems accurately and efficiently.

– Verify the accuracy of entered information by comparing it with source documents.

– Review discrepancies or errors found in the data entry process.

– Organize digital files and maintain an organized database system.

– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling large volumes of data.

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.

– Proven experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

-Must have access to a computer/laptop with reliable internet connection for remote work.
