This role will report to Sr Manager Enterprise Applications, SH&E.
What you will do:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to lead collaboration on solution components required to meet ESG and SH&E priorities
- Apply a combination of skills to ensure the delivery of ESG and SH&E commitments that include platform as well as solution delivery
- Oversee and lead ongoing solutions that support ESG data and reporting across Nutrien
- Define functional and data requirements for application development/sourcing efforts and facilitate definition of emerging metrics
- Contribute to overall direction and roadmap of ESG data management and collection
- Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholder groups to identify and assess new opportunities
- Collaborate with IT domain leads to support Enterprise Applications delivery
- Create and foster strong team delivery discipline
- Manage backlog and sprint management
- Manage project financials, forecasting and resource cost allocations
- Manage the delivery of development best practices and sustainable solutions across the team
What you will bring:
- 10+ years practical experience in analysis, delivering solutions and a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
- Passion for turning your curiosity-driven creativity into valued outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated results of delivering creative solutions through delivery teams
- Demonstrated aptitude of coordinating and delivering innovative solutions
- Demonstrated capacity for delivering results with diverse stakeholder groups ranging from corporate functions like Safety, Health & Environment, Sustainability, and Operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users
- Results driven
- Ability to work with multiple departments and all levels of management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical experience in multiple technology domains, and understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value
- Proven capability and experience managing requirements gathering initiatives across multiple teams and business areas
- Prior work experience with technologies like ETQ Reliance, SAP EHS/EC, Cority, Enablon, SAP HANA, MS Power BI, is an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $81,200 – $116,000 USD. This range is estimated for a Delivery Manager, ESG / SH&E in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
