About Us

In this role, the Digital Agriculture Enablement Lead will help drive the adoption of digital ag tools that support the overall success of our business and our grower customers. This position has a flexible work location and can be based remotely across Canada.
Accountabilities
Lead product implementation roadmaps with stakeholders to successfully deliver inclusion of digital tools into campaigns & offers and connectivity into Syngenta platforms (Marketing Communications, Customer Marketing, Programs)
Work across various teams to drive the functionality for digital offers.
Drive adoption of Digital systems to deliver success and enhance the customer experience across internal audiences (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain)
Responsible for collecting feedback from users/customers of current product features and support the co-ordination of business needs of tools to streamline processes
Advance digital fluency with commercial teams through training and on-boarding of internal teams of Digital Ag tools and features and develop a customer support strategy for Digital tools
Coordinate testing agronomic and behavioural hypotheses with key stakeholders to evaluate if specific agronomic insights are feasible for Syngenta to execute and if growers show demand for these agronomic insights to be deployed in digital decision support tools
Staying current with trends and technologies that support Digital Ag performance in Canada
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in an agricultural or business related field and a minimum of 4 years experience in a customer focused environment
Experience with Salesforce.com is an asset
Working knowledge of digital ag tools
Thoroughly familiar with agronomic assessment, crop production, utilization of farm management systems, precision ag tools and ag distribution channel alignment
Ability to collaborate effectively across the commercial teams; Highly effective in both individual and team environments
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation ability
Supporting change management of new digital tools
Business acumen with ability to comprehend business drivers, challenges and potential obstacles, then develop effective solutions
Resilient and flexible, able to adjust rapidly from adverse change, difficult or complex situations, then continually improves upon present skills and develops new capabilities
