We’re looking for a Paid Search Associate in Canada or United States.

The Opportunity:

The Paid Search Specialist will be part of the Digital Marketing paid search team and will strategically plan, manage and execute paid search campaigns on Google and Bing and social sites such as Facebook across select RB brands. This role will also manage retargeting efforts, display ads and other search and display marketing engines. A successful Paid Search Associate will effectively work closely to the paid search budget and work with the Digital Marketing and Product teams to maximize ROI, drive relevant traffic, increase conversions and convert users into customers. This role will also work closely with the A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization Associate to run A/B landing tests to continually improve conversion rates and optimize campaigns across multiple brands. This role will work closely to measure and optimize ROI and ramp spend effectively.

In this role you’ll:

  • Build and support the paid strategy, execute, test, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns (SEM, retargeting and other paid efforts) across all brands.
  • Plan and launch Facebook social campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics related to paid search initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Work with the A/B testing team to test copy and landing pages for paid search campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor digital advertising effort
  • Performs other various duties as required

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing Specialist / Coordinator (SEM Expertise)
  • MS Excel experience – Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication
