You will play a key role in supporting our iA Auto- Dealer Services sector as they undergo a major digital transformation by delivering new solutions as well as providing IT advisory services in order to help them meet their strategic vision. This role is based in Vancouver but we are also open to candidates who are based in Oakville, Brossard or Quebec (Please note that this role would require working during Pacific Standard times)

What Will I be Doing?

You will act as a resource person for all IT services provided to the iA Auto – Dealer Services sector by leading the delivery of IT services and solution in relation to the needs and objectives of the business sector.

Work closely with business stakeholders to align the teams’ initiatives with the business’ strategic direction

Advise your internal partners in the selection and implementation of IT solutions such as software acquisition and integration, shared and reusable services and cloud computing solutions.

Maintain continuous and proactive communication with the managers of the business sectors involved in the projects, in the evolution and continuity of IT services.

Coach and develop technical team members to foster an environment of high engagement and high performance

Oversee the life cycle of the solution delivery under your responsibility and ensure the availability of financial, material and human resources to ensure the completion of the prioritized IT initiatives.

What we are Looking for?

10-15 years of relevant and in-depth experience in information technology

Knowledge and experience in IT transformations and replacement of IT platforms, especially around digital vision design and strategic roadmap execution

Demonstrated ability in managing several project teams in order to deliver large-scale projects

Expertise and ability to be involved in the preparation and presentation of business cases related to major IT projects, and in the strategic planning of corporate IT development objectives in relation to business requirements.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle, DevOps, as well as knowledge of Agile, Safe and Lean principles

Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

Bilingual French and English would be an asset
