Job description: What is the opportunity?

Defining, analyzing and coordinating activities associated with managing delivery of the e-Communications Compliance Optimization (ECO) program.

What will you do?

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Interface with stakeholders and understand requirements to manage the requirements definition process from elicitation through delivery and implementation.
  • Ability to evaluate, test, and recommend enhancements and changes, identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Experience with elicitation techniques (e.g. document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys).
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with eCommunications Surveillance platform.
  • Holds a university degree and or equivalent work experience
