Reports to Reliability Lead.

What you will do:

  • Drive the Employee Driven Reliability Program by developing and maintaining detailed routes for Hourly employees and promoting the program to the entire site through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Work with Reliability Group to help with rectifying common failure modes on bad actor assets, referring to the Asset Group Strategy, and creating and updating routes as necessary
  • Work with the Training Team to ensure new hires and new area employees understand the program and what is expected from them to complete the routes
  • Support the Operations and Maintenance execution team by ensuring checks are accurate and routes being completed timely
  • Collaborate with site and corporate IT if any issues arise on devices, software, and dashboards
  • Work with Acknowledgers to ensure identified deficiencies are inputted into Oracle EAM in a timely manner
  • Will continually look for ways of improving and utilize programs like ETQ-MOC to ensure changes are tracked

What you will bring:

  • Technical Degree in an Engineering Discipline, a Technical Diploma, or Journeyperson ticket
  • Excellent computer skills would be essential
  • Experience in Operations and Maintenance environment would be an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Safety commitment
  • Problem solving skills, time and priority management
