  • Be responsible for bidding and pre-construction estimating and the financial results in partnership with the Chief Estimator.
  • Preparing take-offs for all labor, equipment and materials assigned to the project
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the estimate and as the Estimating Manager take on more complex and detailed estimates and bids
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring in: planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising and training estimating personnel.
  • Provide a weekly update on all current and upcoming estimates and budgets
  • Provide monthly reporting of issued estimates and budgets and track success rates
  • Identify project risks, mitigate company exposure to them effectively

  • A min of 10 – 15 years of experience in the role of Construction Estimator within a General Contracting (GC) and/or Design-Build GC firm having been the sole or lead Estimator with a clear track record of successfully won projects.
  • Proficient knowledge in Site Development, Building Envelope, and M&E Systems for ICI facilities.
  • Contribute to project costing and profitability analysis by providing a breakdown of budget costs and scope of work
  • Experience in developing tools for improving accuracy and timeliness of estimating and cost tracking
  • Ability to perform review of documents, specification and drawings in preparation of estimate
  • Be comfortable working with both internal and external clients, customers, and key stakeholders.

Salary Range $100,000 – $160,000
