NAIT is currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the calendars of the President, CEO, and AVP, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence to streamline operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required with precision and timeliness.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams and external stakeholders to support organizational goals.

  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and Prioritization: Ability to plan, prioritize, and adjust workloads to meet organizational demands.

  • Results-driven: Demonstrates the ability to achieve goals with high quality and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in work, capable of handling large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.

  • Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information and handles it with discretion and sensitivity.

Qualifications:

  • Related post-secondary certificate or diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Equivalencies may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and relevant software is required.

Remuneration: $54,716.74 – $72,497.88 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
