Job description: Porter Farms is offering an agricultural learning opportunity for qualified candidates. This position is will include general farm maintanence. Tasks include:Tree plantingSeedling careGrass cuttingTriming and edgingInvasive species controlhome and barn repairs This is a WSIB covered position with living accomodation available. There is opportunity for candidates to use a 30x100ft plot of land for an indivdual project. This position will have part time and flexible hours and run from April 15th – September 1st Schooling or interest in agriculture or forestry is an asset.
