Wage Rate: $15.20 Hourly, for 40+ Hours per week

Opportunity to earn incremental pay raises, performance pay and bonuses (not guaranteed) upon performance evaluation at the discretion of the employer.

Specific Skills:

• Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, Fertilize and spray fertilizers.

• Harvest crops, Prune crops, Remove weeds from the crop, sort & grade the farm produce.

• Field work, plowing, planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting, washing, sorting, packing of the vegetable and field crops.

• Fertilize and spray crops.

• Remove weeds from the crop.

• Detect disease and health problems in crops.

• Fertilizing and other duties related to agriculture stream.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling and must be able to lift up to 55lbs of vegetable boxes.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather (Candidate should be physically able and willing to work on the farm in rain/sun or shine). Accomodation is available if required.
