Join us as a Finance Analyst, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St. Bruno, Quebec.

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of Intercompany Reconciliation and you will support Closing and Reporting functions for the country/ies assigned.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform closing and reporting activities
  • Support intercompany reconciliation functions
  • Support the timely and successful completion of closing activities
  • Comply to audit requirements
  • Engage in activities towards continuous improvement.
  • Respond to intercompany confirmations
  • Perform upload of intercompany figures to IC matching tool within IC matching timeline set by Group Finance
  • Prepare and raises to GL appropriate journal entries to correct intercompany-related EAI validation rules
  • Prepare and sends out intercompany invoices
  • Communicate with concerned parties with regards to intercompany issues
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Support and/or maintains the resolution of issues and queries.
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of closing processes
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly (Group and/or local) reports
  • Update Desktop Procedures including the relevant OSC control points
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the Closing and Reporting and Intercompany Reconciliation functions through identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance
  • 2 years in financial analysis
  • Has completed a full cycle
  • CPA desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Results and data driven
  • Curiosity for the product and its environment
  • Ability to work in network
  • Good communication skill (presentations, synthesis, relationship with stakeholders …)
  • Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to deliver on-time
  • Transparency, autonomy, anticipation, initiative, reactivity
  • Excellent communications skills in English and French
