The ideal candidate will have consultancy or in-house experience preparing financial statements and footnotes for companies transitioning from private to public, including PCAOB reporting. Ideally, you will be at a manager level with previous experience leading a team. Exposure to Great Plains ERP is strongly preferred as well.

This is an opportunity starting as soon as January 2021 – we are able to accommodate notice periods for the ideal candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Financial statement and footnote preparation
– Restating financial statements from private to public
– PCAOB reporting
– Support a finance team of 4+ people based out of Toronto

QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified candidate will have the following:

– Designation (CA, CPA) is a MUST
– Previous experience with a company transition from private to public
– PCAOB reporting
– Experience with Great Plains is a strong asset
