Responsibilities:

– Create and execute budgets and business plans aligned with the company’s business strategy
– Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
– Prepare forecasting, KPIs and financing strategies and monitor the financial and business performance
– Assist in building relationships with external financial partners
– Participate in strategic planning and translate organizational goals into executable plans and operational tasks
– Analyze and report monthly and quarterly business results to the leadership team to assess business performance and make recommendations for improvement
– Ensure the analysis of financial statements including variance analyst/cash flows to provide specific tactical and strategic advice and direction
– Prepare financial reports and budgets on a regular basis and supervise banking conciliations
– Oversee the full cycle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process by preparing timely and accurate financial statements

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance – CPA, CA
– At least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience
– Strategic focus and strong business acumen; entrepreneurialism and innovative spirit
– Strong communication skills, including clear and concise presentation skills
– Strong leadership skills in a dynamic environment and experience leading a team
– Proven success in analyzing business operations with positive bottom-line impact
– Energetic and inquisitive attitude: self-starter and creative approach to your work
