What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide project and program leadership for the Finance Team on IT initiatives. Manage relationships between IT teams, global partners, and Finance as it relates to systems implementations and the ongoing usage of those systems. Provides input, change management and dispute resolution for global systems and support global process owners in Finance.
  • Liaise with IT and Finance teams for road mapping, resource planning, timing and coordination in engagements that impact TJXC Finance teams
  • Partner with IT and coordinate with Finance teams in the proper design, testing and implementation of new systems with Financial Implications
  • Accountable for change management including the planning and execution of change programs, completion of documentation around IT changes for Finance teams and engaging other teams such as Organizational Development and IT Change Management where needed
  • Coordinate upcoming work with Global partners to align with global Finance Systems roadmap
  • Establish standardized project documentation and procedures with Global peers

What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance, project management or business analysis
  • Solid project management skills including structured project methodology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.
