Position Summary
The Finance Lead, Growth Finance is involved in Innovation / Renovation, Capex, Productivity, Mix and SKU profitability financial analysis. The individual will have the opportunity to lead analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and business units. They have significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams including the CFO and President.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop financial business proposals for Innovation, Renovation, Design-to-value (DTV) and Productivity (Gross Savings) projects, assessing risks and returns.
- Provide insights and drive action through analysis of portfolio profitability and product/category costing and benchmarking, proposing potential solutions and alternatives
- Perform data gathering for Portfolio Management Review (PMR) and Stage-Gate financial inputs, ensuring project financials and forecasts are accurately reflected
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in CPG. Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance preferred
- Experience working cross functionally with all levels of the organization
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Tableau / Power BI highly preferred
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal, leadership, communication and influencing skills
