Responsibilities of the Finance Manager is as follows:
- Review bank reconciliations, HST/VAT remittances, A/R, and A/P
- Daily accounting responsibilities such as monthly and quarterly journal entries
- Meet monthly deadlines
- Maintain schedules for balance sheet accounts and enhance internal reporting and analytics
- Coordinate with asset managers to ensure accuracy in monthly operating and cash flow statements

- Background in mid-sized accounting firm with real estate clients
- CPA
- 5+ years of overall experience
- Microsoft office suite
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
