Are you an experienced financial leader with a passion for the automotive industry? We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Finance Manager to provide strategic management to our finance department. Role Summary

In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding and supporting a talented team of professionals, while ensuring that our company’s financial performance meets and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Performs regular analysis of book and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
  • Participates in capital process to ensure proper evaluation and presentation of capital needs and compliance with approved budget.
  • Oversees auditing process and leads the team through required annual audits for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists with budget preparation.
  • Responsible for monthly closing of financial books, and oversees year-end activities
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts.
  • Initiate, where required, employee mentoring, coaching, development counseling and training plan.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.), in accounting from four-year accredited college or university
  • Completion of, or working towards, a CPA or similar designation
  • 5+ years in an accounting/finance management position
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
  • Advanced skills in use of computer software related to ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Power BI knowledge is considered being an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership/managerial experience.
