The Finance Manager oversees prime and non-prime guests and assists in structuring deals with the assistance of the Finance Director. Compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies, resulting in a seamless transition, prompt funding for the clients and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Qualifications

  • 0 – 3 years experience within the Automotive business
  • Previous New or Used Sales experience preferred
  • Ensuring the guest’s complete satisfaction
  • Amazing guest service skills
  • Addressing and overcoming objections
  • Explaining pricing and payment plans
  • Ability to analyze credit reports, be able to recognize a conventional deal and turn over accordingly
  • Committing to on-going professional development
  • Achieve sales, credit insurance and service contract goals
  • Ability to maintain privacy of confidential information
  • Results driven attitude
  • Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as; discounts, interest rates, percentages and commission, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Experience with CRM or Automotive software systems
