Job description: ISLAND OWL MAZDA is growing again and we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in our busy Vancouver Island location. Our ideal candidate has a passion for the automotive industry, and a desire to work and live in an amazing location on Vancouver Island.

Responsibilities:

• Offering vehicle financing and protection plans to clients
• Maintaining good working relationships with the lenders
• Structuring finance deals to obtain approval from lenders
• Accurately prepare the necessary documents for vehicle delivery (i.e. bill of sale, conditional sales agreement, vehicle extended service plan, insurance verification form, vehicle lien and history report, vehicle protection policies, waivers etc.)
• Remaining up to date on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, additional products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
• Working closely with the sales team to maximize profits on each deal

Requirements:

• VSA license required
• Valid BC Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to speak 2nd language is an asset
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and driven to be a top sales performer

Wage:

• Depending on experience; salary and bonus will meet or exceed $120,000 per year
