Finance Systems Coordinator

This is a key role in the day to day support of Canadian Tire Corporations (CTC) various core financial systems across the organization. In this role you will support the coordination of application requests for Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Concur and Coupa, which will continue to expand in the future to all finance systems shared across multiple business processes and application modules.

Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager and working with multiple business stakeholders, across finance, you will be responsible to assist in the communication and coordination of application requests and provide first contact support.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to assist in the support of change on a cross functional and cross business unit team with exposure to all Finance operations. This role will partake in challenging activities with exposure to various levels of management.

What you will do:

Coordinate requests related to Finance applications such as Peoplesoft, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion planning, Concur and Coupa.

Support distribution of communication to core business areas of procure to pay (P2P), contract to cash (C2C), acquire to retire (A2R) and record to report (R2R) and manage team Outlook mailbox

Coordinate with Finance Systems and Data Governance team members to provide reporting to internal and external audit requests.

Manage JIRA/Service Now dashboard reports to support team meetings

What you will bring:

Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously

Experience with JIRA and/or Service now would be an asset

Exposure to finance applications such as PeopleSoft 9.2, DRM, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Concur, Coupa or Planview would be considered an asset
