Job title: Forklift Driver – Crown Reach /Counterbalance – Woodbridge
Job description: Adecco is currently seeking skilled Forklift – Crown Reach Truck and Counterbalance Operators to join our team in Woodbridge, ON, to work for our client, a leading logistics company in Canada. As a Crown Reach Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating Crown Reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse or distribution center. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr. – $21.00/hr.
Location: Main Intersection – Martingrove Rd & Highway 7 (Woodbridge, Etobicoke, Vaughan)
Shift: Monday to Friday 6:15 am to 2:15 pm & 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full time (Must be available to work full time 40 hours+ Overtime Hours)

Forklift Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized, clean environment and adhere to safe working procedures.
Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned.
Safety- take MHE safety seriously when working racks, dock, etc. Fellow MHE Operators and GLs on floor, be aware and communicate.
Quality- follow the company process, to be careful with product as a lot are glass (Fragile), also longer pallets need machines with longer forks.
Reliability- 5 days a week with OT due to high volumes.
Productivity- using their time well on the floor, always be moving and ignore distractions.
Overall positive work attitude.
Forklift Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, logistics environment considered an asset.
Basic computer skills
Forklift positions include Crown Reach and Dock stocker.
Associates must be licensed with 1 year experience.
Associate must have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable with general Labour including case picking, palletizing product.
Must be comfortable driving and working in a fast-paced environment.
Department – Teknion (Heavy Furniture) warehouse.
Attendance and Performance is criteria.
