What’s in it for you?
- $23.50 hourly rate
- Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Full time hours 37.5 hours a week
- Work mode: Remote (may be required to come onsite for team meetings)
- Location when onsite: Downtown Toronto
- Temporary mandate with possibility of extension
What will you be doing?
- Handle complex issues that require further analysis in order to determine nature of the problem and identify feasible solution for the client
- Process inquiries and requests received in accordance with appropriate rules, regulations or procedures
- Liaise with internal and external partners in order to identify service gaps and implement appropriate solutions
- Complete reconciliation activities and provide regulatory reporting to management team and control groups as requested
- Review and analyze reports or data to ensure quality assurance of transactions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
What do you bring?
- University degree with specialization in finance or a closely related field
- Prior experience working with various statement reports
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, verbal and written (written skills of a high professional standard)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify the source of problems
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
