OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a Full-time General Accounting Associate at our Head Office in Richmond.

Your contribution:
- To champion OpenRoad’s Climate Goals
- Post vehicle sales transactions onto GL.
- Reconcile vehicle sale schedules and prepare monthly warranty remittances
- Work closely with dealerships on accounting process matters
- Track payments and receipts between dealership and manufacturer
- Month end and year end closing
- Financial statement preparation and analysis
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management

What it takes to be part of our dynamic team:
- Minimum 3 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to process high volume of transactions efficiently
- Self-disciplined in an autonomous work environment
- Exhibit exemplary problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Previous automotive experience and knowledge of CDK is preferred.
