Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Facilities General Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance service and repairs tasks

Lead all maintenance and general procurement tasks of sub-contractor services, PMs schedules and new assets’ installations,

Manage budgetary figures, monitor expenditures, expenses

Supervise subordinate personnel including performing hiring, staff payroll, determining workload and delegating assignments,

Initiating corrective or disciplinary action.
Provide coaching and technical guidance to subordinate supervisors,

Develop, evaluate, and review plans and criteria; assess feasibility of proposals.

Skilled with the Troubleshooting of the HVAC, mechanical, electrical and safety systems.

Manage minor renovations and capital projects time schedule and budget.

Lead the projects start-ups, commissioning plans and close out phase

Ability to handle efficiently the client pressure and work volume

Develop excellent business relations with the Clients representatives

  • HVAC, mechanical, electrical disciplines experience
  • Business admin diploma, training or equivalent experience
  • Supervised the operation of a commercial or Industrial facility
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with procurement and/or administration of contracts or similar agreements, as well as with bids, quotes and award procedures
  • Understanding of various Federal, Provincial and local codes and regulations involving construction, installation, fire, safety and sanitation
