Reporting to the Farm Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks on the chicken farm. This is a part-time position, every other weekend and some statutory holidays.

Your day to day activities will include:

• Barn chores including animal care and general clean-up
• Some record-keeping (monitoring of equipment, feeders, etc.)
• Adherence to all health and safety policies and practices

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working on a farm is an asset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
